Reserve a space

Reserve a Space Prior to Arrival

You will need a reservation to enter a study space.

You can make a reservation by using the Reserve a Seat app.

Once you have completed a reservation, you are guaranteed a seat.

You will use your mobile devices’s camera to scan the QR code by the entrance to check in. You will then receive your seat assignment.

Stay socially distanced

Keep Your Distance

We love hugs, fist-bumps, and handshakes as much as anyone. But these days, staying apart isn’t unfriendly; it’s a must.

The Community Manager will assign you a seat upon check-in. Only use this seat for the duration of your reservation.

To maintain social distancing, some seats and areas will be blocked off. When you move around, stay at least six feet away from everyone else.

Stay Masked

Masks will be a part of life, so cover up. Yes, that means cover your mouth and nose.

Our staff will wear face coverings. You’ll need to wear a face covering at all times, too—when you come in, while you’re seated, as you leave, and while you’re up and about.

If you do not have an appropriate face covering, we have a limited supply of masks to distribute. If you refuse to wear a mask, you will be asked to leave.

Hand, table, and surface cleanings

Stay Clean

Putting safety first means cleaning and sanitizing over and over again, more than ever before.

Tables, surfaces and seating will be sanitized frequently using CDC-approved cleaning products. You’ll find ample hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes throughout the space. Help yourself.

To cut the risk of recirculated indoor air, all locations will be cleaning and updating their HVAC systems and filters regularly.

Look for Helpful Signage

As soon as you walk in, you’ll see some friendly signs to guide your experience and reminders on staying safe.

Of course, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to speak with the on-site staff member.
